Delete Your Account

You can delete your RosterPro account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal information, teams you created, messages you sent, and all other data associated with your account within 30 days.

Option 1: Delete in the App (Fastest)

1. Open the RosterPro app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap the Settings tab at the bottom.
3. Tap Account.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include:

• Subject line: Account Deletion Request
• The email address on your RosterPro account
• Your full name as it appears on the account

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it's complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile, including name, email, and password.
• Teams you created (and their rosters, schedules, stats, and messages).
• Messages you sent in team chats.
• Photos and videos you uploaded.
• Subscription records (your Apple/Square subscription must be cancelled separately — see below).

What Is Retained

• Messages you sent that other users have received remain in their chat history (but your name is anonymized).
• Stats from games you scored remain part of the team's history, with your authorship anonymized.
• Records required to be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Apple subscriptions: open the App Store, tap your profile, tap Subscriptions, find RosterPro, and tap Cancel. Deleting your RosterPro account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

Square subscriptions: cancel from inside the app (Settings → Subscription → Manage) before deleting your account.
