Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RosterPro, operated by Romeoz Apps. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RosterPro is a team management and live-scoring application for youth and amateur sports. The Service includes live scoring, statistics, messaging, scheduling, team management tools, video streaming, and AI-powered features.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to create an account. Account holders are responsible for any minors they add to teams as players. Coaches and parents are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to include minors' information.

3. Your Account

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Keep your password secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

RosterPro offers free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit) or Square. Subscription pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase.

  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing subscriptions: Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID account settings. Square-billed subscriptions can be cancelled from inside the app.
  • Refunds: Apple processes refunds for App Store purchases. For Square-billed subscriptions, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
  • Price changes: we may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before the change takes effect.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, team data, messages). By posting content, you grant Romeoz Apps a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
  • Post illegal, infringing, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Upload content involving minors that violates child-safety laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from this page or in-app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statistics, AI insights, and other computed values are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romeoz Apps' total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Romeoz Apps harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maryland.

12. EULA

If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, you also agree to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
