How do I create a team?

Open the app, tap the Teams tab, then tap the + in the top-right corner. Pick your sport, name your team, and you'll get an invite code to share with parents and players.

How do I join a team someone else created?

Tap the Teams tab, then Join Team. Enter the 6-character invite code from your coach.

How does live scoring work?

While a game is scheduled to start within the next hour, the team's coach can tap Start Scorekeeping on the event. Plays are broadcast in real time over WebSocket to every spectator's device — typically within 100 milliseconds of the coach's tap.

Does RosterPro work for sports other than baseball?

Yes. RosterPro supports 21 sports with sport-specific scorekeepers, statistics, and live field/court visualizations. See the full list.

Can I export my team's data?

Yes. Open any team, scroll to the Data section, and tap Export & Email. You can email roster, schedule, and season-stats CSVs to yourself or any address.

Can RosterPro announce plays out loud during a game?

Yes. On any live game, toggle on Live Announcer in the Actions section. The app will speak every play — strikes, balls, touchdowns, goals — with the player's name. Works while your screen is locked or on silent.

How much does it cost?

RosterPro is free to download. Your first team is free. Additional teams and premium features (live streaming, AI insights) are available via subscription. See Pricing for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store: open the App Store, tap your profile, tap Subscriptions, find RosterPro, and tap Cancel.
If you subscribed through Square: open the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or visit the account deletion page.

Is my data private?

Yes. We do not sell your data. Team rosters and statistics are visible only to members of your team. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Where is my data stored?

RosterPro runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
